Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held at 7.00pm on Thursday, 18 March 2004 at The Institute. Councillor Warrick, Chairman, presided over Councillors Blessett, Shinkins, Stevens, Anderson (ex-officio member) and the clerk.
