Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held at 7.00pm on Thursday, 19 February 2004 at The Institute. Councillor Warrick, Chairman, presided over Councillors Blessett, Shinkins, Stevens, Anderson (ex-officio member) and the clerk.

013    PLANNING APPEAL

Members considered the notification of appeal against refusal of planning permission for 86/88 Church St, Deeping St James- conversion and extension of outbuilding to create dwelling and erection of garage- S03/1001/25. It was noted that the Parish Council had offered no objections and it was proposed by Cllr Warrick, seconded by Cllr Stevens and unanimously agreed to recommend to the Council meeting on Thursday 26 February 2004 that no comments be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate.
